Skyline Shuttle and its affiliates will not be responsible for delays caused by weather, road, or traffic conditions; mechanical failure; or any other conditions beyond our control. Any expenses arising as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

What is the check-in policy?

Skyline Shuttle asks all passengers to arrive at their pickup location at least 15 minutes prior to your departure time. At the Minneapolis Airport Terminal 1, follow these instructions. For Terminal 2 click here.

What is the luggage policy?

Luggage space is limited onboard the shuttle. Each passenger may bring one full size suitcase under 50lbs and one carry-on size suitcase, plus a purse, briefcase, laptop computer, or small backpack. Excess or oversized luggage may be sent on a later shuttle, if it cannot be accommodated. Please call 888-354-2677 if you need to discuss arrangements for special luggage needs.

Does Skyline Shuttle accept credit cards?

Skyline Shuttle requires a credit card for all reservations made on the phone and online, we gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Cash payments may be made in advance at our Duluth office during regular business hours.

What if I leave something on a shuttle?

If you have left something behind please call 888-354-2677 and Skyline Shuttle will do its best to reunite you with your belongings.  Skyline Shuttle shall not be responsible for any lost or damaged luggage or the contents of customers luggage, to include, but not limited to, personal electronic items such as Ipads, laptop computers, Etc.

Are pets allowed on Skyline Shuttle?

Only service dogs and small dogs in carriers/kennels are allowed on Skyline Shuttle. Please alert Skyline Shuttle when booking reservations if you will be traveling with a service dog so we may reserve a seat at no additional charge for the service dog. 

Can unattended children ride with Skyline Shuttle?

Unaccompanied Minors, defined as passengers aged 15 to 17, may ride alone but a parent or guardian must submit an Unaccompanied Minor form before departure to ensure travel arrangements.

Does my child need to ride in a car seat?

Per Minnesota law all passengers are required to wear seatbelts while traveling with Skyline Shuttle. Additionally, all children under age 8 must ride in a federally approved car seat or booster seatyou provide, unless the child is 4’9″ or taller seat.

Skyline does not provide any child seats but will retain your car seat for your return trip if you do not wish to take it along on your travels.

Do I need to make a reservation?

To ensure availability, we recommend at least 24 hours notice when seeking a reservation.  We will do our best to accommodate customers who do not provide advance notice but service cannot be guaranteed.
